My Duties & Responsibilities

To perform administrative tasks and ensure that all office tasks run smoothly and in a timely manner. My responsibilities

may include drafting letters/ emails, filing, preparing reports, handling HR activities like screening and short listing

candidates for appointment, ordering office supplies and answering phone calls, handling all sort of office

correspondence, courier management, travel arrangements, vendor management, accommodation arrangements, hotel

booking, flight tickets, and making arrangements for meeting / schedules etc.

Develop innovative strategies and logistics in administration functions.

Managing and coordinating the day to day activities of the College administration. Manage meetings, policies, and

events.

Problem-solving, Resolving conflicts or other issues as and when they occur.

Handle scheduling, company record-keeping, employees Contracts, vendor records, attendance and reporting to HO

daily.

Asset registers maintenance at office/factory. Monitor housekeeping and security activities at office and site.
