Responsibilities:

Worked as a HCM Functional analyst. Gathered requirements from End users for required customizations.

Designed a termination dashboard with 13 worklets and 3 tabs by developing composite, matrix and advanced reports using worker for HCM reporting and trended workers data source. Worklets include overall termination rate, Termination rate by tenure, Exit interview questionnaire by termination type and Trailing YTD termination rate.

Designed an inbound studio integration for supplier/supplier contact mass updates utilizing web services and XSLT.

Ad-hoc promotional letters – Designed a studio integration utilizing advanced reports, XSLT, Web Services, BIRT report designer. Configured change job BP configuration to trigger the integration.

Implemented various outbound integrations using Advanced Reports and EIB to send employee and demographics data to Weight Watchers, Achievers, JLL and Envoy systems using S3/SFTP.
