My team used the RAPID Acquisition Process to increase the speed of the acquisition of new Commercial Replacement of current Engines and associated subsystems to increase B-52 service life out to 2050.

Department of the Air Force Civilian - Program Manager (GS-1101-12)

Tinker AFB, OK 8/2018 – 3/2020

C-37 Fleet Expansion Program Manager assigned to the Commercial Derivative Aircraft Division (CDAD). Supports the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Program Executive Officer for Mobility Directorate (AFLCMC/WVV).

Responsible for the leadership and staff coordination of a 12-15-person multi-functional IPRT team supporting the acquisition of and Modifications to the C-37B fleet worldwide.

My team used the RAPID Acquisition Process to increase the speed of the acquisition of new Gulfstream Aircraft.

Managed and developed with the Early Strategy & Issues Session (ESIS) and Acquisition Support Plan (ASP) briefings for the AF Program Executive Office.

Completed all phases of the acquisition process through Milestone -C and Delivery Order the purchase of new aircraft in support or the Presidential and Executive Airlift Fleet.

Managed program requirements with Program Review Tools (PMRT)

The contract ceiling over a 10-year acquisition period exceeds $2.07 Billion and has been used to date to purchase aircraft for the President of the Philippines, and the US Coast Guard to update their fleet.

Under the Rapid Acquisition Initiative, my team was the first team ever at Tinker AFB to put into place a long-term, multi-agency contract vehicle to purchase Gulf Stream aircraft.

My team was selected as the Tinker AFB Representative for the USAF Golden Scissors Acquisition Excellence Award in 2019/20.
