*Perform first piece inspection, incoming and final inspection . Verified sample incoming inspection and findings, accepted or rejection. If nonconformance is found, internal rejection and create a rejection report to describe the nonconformance.

* Perform Calibration of gages . Send gages out to vendor to be calibrated.

* Perform inspection on chemical film, passivation, nickel, anodize and painted parts . Make up requisition to send out parts for various treatments.

* Write up FAI reports and inspection for customer, government contractor, packing list, C of C, shipment documents.
