• Create and track production paperwork including budget sheets, insurance, permits, non-disclosure agreement, and crew and cast contracts.
• Making the production schedule. Plan, distribute, and track workflows of the 30-member crew from the pre-production to the production.
• Researching, writing, and applying for multiple institutional funding. Planning the content of Kickstarter, GoFundme, Indiegogo, and other crowdfunding platforms, a single platform has raised $3800 so far.
• Contact film media, freelance graphic designers, and literary consultants to collaborate on the promotion of the film. Manage and optimize the press kit across platforms.
