I have over **+ years of educational home study
experience which entailed working on a diverse
array of subject areas. I was excellent at proof-
reading and all marketing ads were reviewed by
me before they were placed in magazines.
I was also a Project Coordinator on new subject
courses being sure all information was accurate.
The above experience was through National Education Corporation in Newport Beach, CA
I continued my publishing career concentrating on
marketing while hired at International Correspondence Schools in Scranton, PA for approximately 20 years.
After this, I worked at Willowbrook Assisted Living in Clarks Summit, PA where I was a front office
receptionist with heavy phone contact. There was
approximately 50+ in-house residents who would call me with questions or come to the desk. I would analyze their needs and help them solve their issues or direct them to the proper department manager as needed.
I was promoted to Business Office Manager where I did all the payroll, monthly invoices for the residents rent, and did all paperwork and orientation for all the new hires at the facility.
My attributes are that I have an overly keen attention for detail and accuracy; I have excellent keyboarding skills. I am reliable and dedicated.
I have a knack for being persuasive with people.
