The Enterprise Data Gathering Engine (EDGE2) – is an adaptable, “User driven”, and calable platform used to collect, analyze, and manage all critical performance metrics. The Application was designed to deliver the confidence that global organizations need to plan, control, report, and measure business performance. The EDGE2 tool also provides room to grow, without the need for additional software investments, as critical issues emerge. Within the EDGE2 platform, the warehouse was established to report and analyze global sustainability metrics collected through EDGE2. Authorized access to the data warehouse is seamlessly integrated within the EDGE2 tool allowing for the creation of all types of custom, ADHOC, and pre-canned reports. The Cognos reporting tool is incorporated into the EDGE2 platform and provides the means to run, store, and create all custom reports.
