I have been in the health care field for 16 years. I have experience in facility care, home care, doctor's office, and urgent care. I received my Michigan C.N.A. License in 2018. I have completed numerous Alzheimer's and dementia training classes, Med Tech classes, and behavioral classes for memory care. I currently work 3, 12 hour shifts a week at all eight of our locations, as receptionist/patient registration. I register patient's to be seen, verify insurance, collect copays and past due balances, make new patient charts and/or update their current chart, and chart each patient's information via scanlink. I also discharge patient's, fax doctor referrals, answer phones, transfer calls, and answer any questions that the caller may have.
