THE 2023 SCHOOL CULTURAL DAY - 28" June, 2023

The 2023 Cultural Day will be on Wednesday, 28" June, 2023 at Kiamumbi school ground at 9.00am. All parents

and learners are to attend. We shall break for our Mid-term on the very day after the function. We request

parents to support the day by paying Five hundred shillings Ksh.500 per child through the school account by

Friday 2” June, 2023.

MID-TERM BREAK ~ 28™ JUNE TO 2" JULY, 2023

The school will be on recess from Wednesday 28" June, 2023 to Sunday 2™ July, 2023. Boarders will report on

Monday 3” July, 2023 between 2pm and Spm. The day-scholars will report on Tuesday 4™ July, 2023 at the usual

morning time

ACADEMIC CLINIC DAY - 9™ August, 2023

Our academic clinic day is scheduled for Wednesday 9" August, 2023 as from 6.30am through 2.00pm. The day-

scholars are to accompany their parents to school and back home. We shall close school on the very day.

CLOSING DAY-9™ August, 2023

We shall close school on Wednesday 9" August, 2023 for Pre-Primary to Class Seven. The Candidates will be

picked on Thursday 17" August, 2023 at 10am.

TERM THREE OPENING DATE

We shall resume school in third term on 29/8/2023. Boarders will report on Monday 28/8/2023 from 2pm to

Spm

OTHER PERTINENT ISSUES

a. Boarder’s Reporting Time

We politely request all parents to heed to the reporting time - 2pm to Spm. We shall not allow any pupil to

be brought to school after 6.30pm.

b. Snacks

No pupil, whether a boarder or a day-scholar, is allowed to carry snacks to school.

c. Home clothes

Home clothes and unspecified sports /rubber shoes are not allowed in school.

d. School Uniform

School Uniform is available in school ~ Kahawa West.

e, Birthday celebrations in school

We shall not have any birthday celebrations in school.
