Work Experience

Refresco US – August 11, 2014, to present

Duties – As the senior lead of the warehouse I am responsible for providing support to day and night shifts. Support could mean running a palletizer, driving the yard truck, processing loads, unloading pallet trailers, loading finished goods from the warehouse, organizing the hold area, organizing, and maintaining the QA retain area, correcting errors in SAP. I am also responsible for administering forklift tests to new hire candidates, I help train new leads and palletizer operators. I learned how to do cycle counts for end of month counts. I learned to make orders for finished goods to help our shipping/receiving coordinators, end of year inventory, fix issues with outbound loads, run finished goods inventory report.

Arby’s – July 2013 to September 2016

Duties – As an associate my job was to open the restaurant Mon – Fri., which would include cleaning bathrooms, sweeping/mopping the lobby, cleaning the windows 2/3 times per week, sweeping/scrubbing sidewalks/drive-thru area around restaurant, picking up trash in the parking lot, taking out the trash, when supply truck came in I was responsible for putting everything away rotating everything using the FIFO process, occasionally did some food prep and worked the sandwich station.

Saddle Creek – February 2010 to June 2013

Duties – Started as a temp restacking pallets of beer that came off railcars, after getting certified on the forklift I began working with another team that unloaded the railcars, staged the unloaded pallets, I worked my way up to overseeing the recoup department (restacking/repacking boxes/pallets that came off railcars damaged.) I was also placed in charge of the wine account where we would receive wine off of railcars and separate and palletize by store in order to be shipped.

JCPenny Warehouse – February 2009 to February 2010

Duties – Daily activities consisted of pulling fully built pallet from production line and hand wrapping pallets to be loaded and shipped.

Duties – As a team member of the replenishment team I was responsible for restocking locations for production to come and select from. I had to use a handheld scanner or a laptop version of a scanner to scan car parts into specific locations. Had to average a certain percentage daily to receive a bonus which I received each pay period. Once I completed my area, I would proceed to another area to help the rest of the team replenish their area.
