EXPERIENCE

Aviation Structural Mechanic Supervisor 09/12– Present United States Navy New Orleans, LA

Active Security Clearance 01 Oct 2020

Main duties include supervision of aircraft structural technicians in performance of aircraft preventative and operational maintenance.

• Led 143 airframe technicians in completion of four aircraft acceptance inspections and 15 isochronal inspections.

• Hand-selected to lead 36 technicians in the installation and acceptance of three aircraft NP2000 propeller modifications.

• Planned maintenance and managed 147 unique missions totaling 859 flight hours with a 93% mission completion rate.

• Led 136 Sailors in the maintenance of five C-130T aircraft which flew 624 flight hours.

• Deployed to lead PMI acceptance of 160 aircraft throughout the Pacific equaling safe transport of 800K lbs of cargo and 234 passengers with a 90% completion rate.

• Managed 134 technicians in qualifying 23 SFFs, four isochronal inspections, and 6,452 unscheduled maintenance actions leading to completion of 937K lbs of cargo transport and 307 passenger movements.

Training and Professional Development Manager 07/10– Present United States Navy New Orleans, LA

Provides leadership and training to personal in all facets of maintenance and modifications on C-130T.

• Managed 47 personnel, increasing readiness and qualifications by 47%. Enabled the completion of 16,328 flight hours and movement of 13.5M pounds of cargo in support of 96 deployments.

• Conducted 402 career development boards, 183 Awards and 353 were advanced to the next higher paygrade resulting in the retention rated at 85%.

• Diverse development and leadership style led 185 personal and maintain 5 C-130T Aircraft in the completion 258 ISO/calendar inspection and 870 unscheduled repairs totaling 36,912-man hours.
