13 Districts / 10 Dealer Service Engineers

Dealer Support –

Dealer development as per guidelines on service deliveries & technical issues.

Training & grooming of dealer engineers.

Support for selection of dealer service staff.

To ensure compensation to dealer for services -

mandatory/warranty.

Product Support –

Support to dealer on technical troubleshooting, etc issues.

Timely escalation of service issues.

Support to sales dept. on technical, service solutions issues, tenders.

Feedback on failures with analysis.

Execution of Field campaigns, trials & feedback. Commercial –

Warranty claim approval.

Warranty cost monitoring.

Approval of claims for mandatory service & forwarding to HQ for payment advice.

Service revenue generation.

Support to dealers for contract preparation & executions. Customer Support –

Monitoring PDI, Commissioning and Mandatory & Warranty services.

Monitoring complaint handling, troubleshooting, response time, MTTR

Monitoring customer satisfaction & development of improvement strategies.

Co-ordination with Engine OEM for engine service issues.
