● Totaling the guests choice's, by request. Accept which method of payment they were paying in. Then, calling the order out to the kitchen cooks the order.

● Frequently wiping the bars, while maintaining the food on the floors. Bathroom duty at the end of the evening shift. Then sales report as well with paperwork for the ( EOD ) End of Day.
