1 year assignment for GP during Transition of ERP systems from SAP ECC to SAP S4 Hana)

Prepared detailed banking migration plan for CTS to move 3 business bank accounts from Umpqua Bank (previously Columbia Bank) to the new Synovus Bank, in Columbus, GA. Researched and tried to improve the CTS banking Transaction structure due to the Operational reason of unique banking practices.

I was brought into Comtrac Services as an experience “Hands-On” Controller by the new Parent Company, to transform a small Quick Books construction office to understand & use “SAP by Design”.

Fixed months of missing accounting transactions for AP, Cash in & out, GL JE’s, & 3 months of Bank Reconciliations.

Improve the training for “SAP by Design” for previous Quick Book users for the small construction office.

Managed through many Socon transitions simultaneously: Changes in software(s), personnel, & ownership.

Drastically improved the accuracy of all the GL Balance Sheet accounts.

Improved Cash Management by reducing AR DOS from 115 to 85 & reduced AP Aging to < 90 days old.
