Attention Human Resources Department:

I am currently seeking employment opportunities for a BMET. Therefore, if you can use an experienced, motivated professional to assist with your maintenance and repair operations, then please review the enclosed résumé and consider me as an applicant.

As you can see from the résumé, my background includes maintenance and repair of medical equipment and various electronics. My previous position was a Biomedical Clinical Engineer for the largest hospital system in Northwest Louisiana. I was responsible for the maintenance and repair of highly technical medical equipment in all departments at five facilities. In my previouse position, I learned Maquet Servo I Ventilators along with 10k pm rebuild on the mini compressors, Fukuda Denshi Telemetry Monitors, Vapotherm units and the 8k rebuild of the Q50 Compressor, Alaris IV pumps, Baxter Sigma Pumps, Smith & Nephew wound vacs and Kendall compression pumps.

Prior to the medical field industry, I installed and repaired Security / fire alarm systems, cctv and access control systems. I installed and repaired private satellite television networks installing complete cable distribution systems using DC Taps, attenuators, modulators, rf amplifiers and Cat 5 cable using central addressed receivers along with maintenance and repair of the main Head end control unit. In this capacity, I called on over 200 sites, government facilities, and other businesses in a 150-mile radius. Not only did I determine equipment needed, replacement of equipment, and other pertinent information, but I also ensured excellent customer service both during and after installations. One of my strengths is being able to develop excellent relationships with diverse groups of people at all levels.

In addition to interpersonal skills, I have other great qualities including a strong desire to learn new things necessary for success in today’s fast-paced environment. I have acquired the ability to work effectively, accurately, unsupervised, under pressure and with time constraints. I could apply both analytical and creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve problems; I have an excellent technical aptitude; and the flexibility and enthusiasm to learn new and challenging tasks and projects.

Since some qualifications are better explained in person, please contact me at 239-***-**** so that we can arrange a time to discuss putting my skills and experience to work for your company. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to your call.

Sincerely,

Ronald A. Webb
