Tram Electric - Office Assistant/ Reports

● Tram Electric provides a wide range of electrical and mechanical remanufacturing and electrical apparatus repair services. Remanufacturing and repairing generators, pumps, voltage regulators, transformers, control panels, switchgear and phase converters.

● My main role was creating repair reports that were built by customer specifications of testing before and after equipment repair.

● Specific testing data for any equipment compliance policies with thermal imaging of heat treatment to find weakness in material. As my position would build the reports I was trained to go out onto the shop floor, in PPE to retrieve the testing information off the database.

● Before taking the reports position I was initially brought on in the receptionist role. Inbound and outbound calling and routing repair tickets per customer specifications. Being the company face when customers would come for tours of the facility, greeting them and offering gratuity gifts as well as routing them to Ceo or Human resource. With a smile and upbeat attitude in such a fast paced position.

● Assisting the human resource position with new hire tasks like preparing paperwork as well as going through old files. Discarding outdated documents and refiling documents that were still applicable to the company.

October 2010- October- 2014

Beehive Homes - CNA

● Working at two different locations this was a certified nurses assistant position. My main role was Med tech, following strict rules and regulations per nurses/ Dr’s orders.

● Providing exceptional care to residents and their needs and communication with family members to meet the needs of their loved ones.

● Documentation requirements every two hours for medication or adl’s. Open line of communication with the facility nurse and relationships with hospice nurses was important for the best care of residents' needs.

● This was an assisted living facility, meaning it was a much better level of care. The patient number was much lower than other facilities in the area. Which provided the opportunity to have a more at home feel and more one on one care. Which is absolutely essential in my opinion, working in full care facilities prior, this was an experience that changed my view of geriatric care.

● This is a very important branch in health care. We all have experienced the sorrow of watching our family members age and decline in health, mobility and even mental awareness. My role as cna was the one on one care, my belief then and even now, was I had the opportunity to care for the amazing people who had lived whatever walk of life. I had the pleasure of ensuring that the last part of life was as comforting and caring as i could make it. Little grandmas and grandpas that worked to provide for their families or fought for our country should be loved and cared for till the end of their time with us. That was my job, to ensure the best level of care I could provide and the families of these amazing people 3

could count on me. Knowing I would do so to the best of my ability. This was a very humbling experience that I hold dear to my heart.
