Helped oversee the construction of the $120 million new tower expansion and recruit the USC Urology Group to our facility to provide world class Robotic Surgery to the District’s patients.

Chief Of Staff, Tulare Regional Medical Center 07/2004 – 11/2006

Involved with and recognized for a highly successful bond campaign to raise $85 million to build a new medical tower for replacement of the hospital.

Revamped the Peer Review Process, resulting in a more efficient and fair process eliminating a backlog of cases.

Formed the first Interdisciplinary Peer Review Committee, resulting in increased participation of Physicians in Peer Review.

Chaired the disciplinary review of a very popular successful Internal Medical Physician. Worked out an equitable resolution to help the physician maintain privileges and improve his patient care, all in the name of patient safety.
