Pre-opening duties include but not limited to; Get building to standard to pass final inspections with city. Turn on utilities, schedule maintenance and tenant improvements/punch list. Schedule cleaning service, painters, and landscapers. Coordinate with security company and city for permits and approvals. Order furniture and equipment. Decorate and furnish. Increase profits whenever possible. Identify cost-effective strategies and efficiencies to improve the store.

Profit and Loss reports, Expense logs, and submit bills to A/P.
