● Monitored Cost Recovery Claim (CRC) deadlines for regulatory proceedings and assisted in preparing CRCs to the Alberta Utility Commission (AUC) and/or utility companies in a timely manner and in accordance with the AUC requirements (or as per agreements).

● Maintained the City’s Gas, Power and Telecommunication Program’s (GPT) accounting database, processed invoices, monitored spending and recoveries:

− Analyzed and reconciled the GPT program’s accounting/financial data and, when necessary, reconstructed the documentation packages for the previous periods and/or proceedings.

− On a monthly basis, created and provided reports on GPT program’s spending and recoveries to the corporate services for reflecting the current GPT program’s status in the corporate General Ledger (GL) through the adjusting entries.
