By relocating the equipment initial location, we avoided the construction of a building and also the replacement of the main water line. I was able to finish the installation within two weeks with saving of 375k$ and 4 months early.

• A chiller replacement adjusting the scope if the project we was able to save 300k$ and get the approval for this project.

• By relocating the installation of 4 rapid doors we avoid a 3 weeks delay of one of the operation areas also the need of a drop ceiling. Cost saving of 105k$.
