•Liaison for Target discrepancies, (miss-shipped freight and damages) within the Target DC’s and control the billing for various returns.

•Maintain a voucher log of all checks issued by NRT to the customer.

•Conduct meetings with NRT's customer to expedite any outstanding claims.
