Train and Support Business Office Managers within the Genesis network in both KY & TN via site visits, video teleconference or phone. I have trained nine individuals with a one-year period and have completed training on average within 6 months.
Support centers as a Business Office Manager when the position is vacant; direct activities as a leader in the center, work the on the financial performance of the center and meeting with families to address both care & center concerns.
Work closely with Administrators in the region to address concerns and drive improvements with their financial performance. An example a center had DSO of 70 days and I dropped it to 35 DSO. In addition, same center was 70,000 over budget and I reduced that to 10,920 under budget.
In this Staff level position, I actively participate in weekly RCM calls and provide weekly reports to the team based on workload, current objectives, obstacles with suggestions for improvement and results.
