Re-entering the workforce after years as a 24/7 caregiver

6/1990 thru 8/2016 at MORE Inc. As VP/CFO. All accounting functions.

Created a new accounting system. Position also included payroll, all

types of reports, H/R functions, IRS Audits, Spreadsheets, QuickBooks,

Seminars, Bank Liaison, all types of Taxes, Cash Flow, Projections,

Tracking, Insurance, Retirement Plans, and so forth. My boss retired

for health reasons and the new manager took the company in a diffferent

direction leading to major revenue declines and massive layoffs

including myself.

1978 to 1982 and 1986 to 1989 at J L Plenert Construction Company, Inc.

Ready-Mix Concrete, Rock, etc. Hauling, and Heavy Equipment Operations.

I set up a full accounting system, introduced computer technology

(mostly by way of spreadsheets), performed as Office Manager, Schedular,

and Accountant. I did Cash Flow and Costing, H/R, and much more.

I worked there twice. J L has retired and moved away.

1982 thru 1986 at The State Bank of Canton. Operations Officer (in-house

computer processing), Payroll, and Accountant.

Also, I have worked at a CPA Firm (HEPS), a Trucking Company (B Schmidt

Trucking Co.), and my own accounting and tax service (R C Hamilton

Accounting), as a farm kid, in a factory, and in construction.

A few career highlights:

1-Saved my boss of 20+ years a bundle by converting a stock transfer upon

her retirement from a fully taxable (as set up by her attorney) to a

non-taxable event. Not even any deferred tax!

2-Have set up and managed usable and functional accounting systems for

several corporations from trucking to construction to farms and other

small businesses.

3-Forensic Accounting: J. L. Plenert asked me to return to his company

and recover/rebuild his accounting system after an embezzlement occurred.
