A few career highlights:
1-Saved my boss of 20+ years a bundle by converting a stock transfer upon
her retirement from a fully taxable (as set up by her attorney) to a
non-taxable event. Not even any deferred tax!
2-Have set up and managed usable and functional accounting systems for
several corporations from trucking to construction to farms and other
small businesses.
3-Forensic Accounting: J. L. Plenert asked me to return to his company
and recover/rebuild his accounting system after an embezzlement occurred.
