2010 –2012: Launched Arcfault detector for the PV Solar Market. Lead Inventor on Patented Technology, meeting the requirements of UL1699B. Wrote Solar PV System White Paper, Consulted with Duke Energy and Southern Cal Edison on commercial PV fires, wrote NEC submissions supporting AF need, Initiated partnerships with New Mexico State University and Sandia Laboratories.
2008 – 2011: Marketing Director Precision Product (Aerospace and Defense) Achieved record NR and increased GM% by 10%. Closed LTA agreements with Boeing, Hamilton Sundstrand, GE, and Honeywell. Increased Market share at Airbus to 45% from 25%. Locked out main competitor by expanding distribution channel in USA. Lead Marketing Integration Manager for the AirPax (Power Controls) acquisition (Cambridge MD).
2001 – 2008: Texas Instruments/Sensata Technologies Asia Expat Assignment.
Operations Manager Burn In Test Sockets and Hermetic Motor Protector Business.
Global Marketing Manager for Lighting & Industrial BU, Regional Lead on Automotive Motor Protection. Tooled new Burn in Test Socket for Samsung (Design to Production in 8 weeks).
Captured 100% of transplant business from USA and EMEA by engaging with new entities in China. Developed new, smaller version of Auto Protector and captured Mabuchi Account (Largest DC motor mfg. in the world).
1999 – 2001: Texas Instruments EMEA, Site Manager Hungary. Successfully cleared outstanding customer backlog. Managed workforce of 250 employees including Dutch, Italian and Hungarian Engineers, Technicians and Direct Labor. Opened new facility and ramped production.
1995 – 1999 Texas Instruments Mansfield MA, Site Manager and Burn In Test Socket BU Operations Manager. Retooled Pentium 3 Test Socket with Japanese suppliers. Launched multiple platforms and responsible for sourcing tooling (mainly in Asia). 1st to launch new design to be MFG directly in Asia (Malaysia). Captured 100% of Intel account. Went from Negative Margins to 60% GPM.

Operations Manager: TI Korea 4TM Refrigeration Protector. Localized demand, gained agency approvals and instituted ISO across entire factory. Improved processes and re-engineered flow resulting in highest performing 4TM production line globally within 1 year of service.
Team Leader: TI Italy 4TM Refrigeration Protector, led team to ramp underperforming production.
Automation Engineer: TI 4TM line Launch: Redesigned transfer system within module, increased calibration yields, instituted spare parts system, instituted systematic job grade methodology for direct labor advancement, produced promotional film.
