Assistant Operations Sergeant (Project Manager) (2017-2018) Serves as the Squadron Operations Sergeant of a Squadron of reconnaissance soldiers; responsible for providing tactical and technical guidance and professional support to subordinate units; makes recommendations to superiors in the accomplishment of their duties in support of mission accomplishment; responsible for the accountability, health, morale, training and development of five NCOs, five Soldiers and the welfare of their Families within the squadron operations section; plans, coordinates and supervises activities pertaining to organization, training and combat operations. Worked with (AER) Army Emergency Relief, (ACS) Army Community Services and the Red Cross on many occasions to support soldiers and their families.
