This data collection was conducted by World Health Organisation in partnership with the Ministry of Health on Chronic Kidney Diseases (CKDu) in the Medewachiye area, Anuradhapura, And Worked as a field data collector in environmental and behavioral risk factors for declining kidney function. A prospectus cohort study at the risk of CKDu. This involves visiting various communities, conducting interviews, administrating questionnaires, and collecting biological samples to be used for analysis. The goal of this study is to identify the risk factors associated with chronic kidney disease of Unknown Origin (CKDu) and to develop interventions to prevent and manage diseases. As a data collector, the focus was to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected, while also ensuring the safety and confidentiality of study participants.
