• Supervise and coach the subcontractors’ resources in all rollout activities.

• Ensure all jobs are done right first time and save all the time.

• Ensure that relevant versions of applicable sign off document are available and signed with customer after every job is completed.

• Regular meeting with subcontractors to align on the best delivery approach to assign task.

• Technical support on installation, commissioning and integration of Nokia 2G and 3G equipment’s.

• Conducting site acceptance both with the subcontractor and customer for proper handover.

• Ensure plan activities are communicated to subcontractor.

• Collating of daily reports from subcontractor and supervisor.

• Ensure all equipment swaps and upgrade are done as planned.

• Prompt response to all escalations from my manager and the subcontractors.

• Prepare all requests for project activities in the region through the rollout manager to customer for approval.
