In traditional method, to claim the money spent on travel, the employee need to keep all the receipts of the expense and need to keep them safe. The employee need to submit all the receipts of the expense to the manager. If the manager approves, the employee again need to consult the finance department to get the approval. Here, the employee is losing his time. In the application that is developed, the employee login to the application and enters the details and uploads all the required documents. Then, manager can verify that through the application, if the manager rejects or approves, the mail is sent to the employee and then if the manager approves it, then it is moved to finance work queue, the finance department verifies it and either send an approval or reject mail.
