Professional financial/management consulting experience with both private firms and government funded organizations. Formerly employed by the Louisiana Small Business Development Center as a Business Consultant. Experienced in financial analysis of publicly and privately funded projects. Extensive experience in design of electro/mechanical control systems, machine controls, and mechanical design. Experienced also in project management and administration, including progress monitoring, creating of metrics, status reporting, financial controls, time lines, and change order controls. Northwestern State University Small Business Development Center. Consultant for small businesses. Perform analysis of financial documents and recommend improvements. Assist businesses in writing Business Plans to submit to banks to secure financing for new small business ventures. Work with small business owners to identify and correct problems affecting their profitability. Accomplishments include performing financial and market analysis, creating financial reports and writing the Business Plan for a $500,000 new business start up. CONSULTING ENGINEER. January 2007 – May 2007. Libbey China Inc. Assisted with start up of a new $50 million glass tableware manufacturing facility in Lang Fang, China. Over the two years previous to this assignment provided engineering design, project cost data, project timelines and support of Libbey China facility construction as Libbey Engineering Manager. During January to May 2007 spent full time working in China assisting with successful completion of plant construct ion, production start up and operations training of managers and first line supervisors. ENGINEERING MANAGER. January 2005 – February 2007. Libbey Inc. Shreveport, Louisiana. Responsible for the management of Mechanical, Industrial and Electrical Engineering functions. Managed a staff of (15) engineers including (3) Engineering Supervisors. Full budget responsibility of $2.5 million annual operating budget. 2

Responsible for project development and project/program management. Provided support to Libbey Corporate Engineering and Libbey international and domestic operations. Major accomplishments include strengthening engineering staff in key areas, successful project management of installation of new glass production equipment to manufacture glass stemware, upgrading of glass production equipment and support of LEAN manufacturing efforts and training. Born in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Married, four grown children. After retirement from Libbey Inc. in 2007, operated Chateau d’ Terre Bed and Breakfast and also worked as an Engineering Consultant, and Business Consultant with the Louisiana Small Business Development Center. Lee McCallister - - LEGACY ASSIGNMENTS and EXPERIENCE: SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MGR. January 1997 – January 2005. Libbey Inc. Shreveport, Louisiana. Responsible for providing technical assistance to Libbey glass manufacturing facilities including international and domestic Libbey operations and affiliates. Perform mechanical engineering, design engineering, project and program management, cost analysis, troubleshooting and training with the objective of making quality and productivity improvements in all phases of Libbey manufacturing operations. Most recent accomplishments include field engineering supervision of installation of new glass manufacturing processes at the Shreveport, La. Plant, and design of new specialized methods to measure set up parameters for production machinery. Supervised Group of six Mechanical Engineers. MOLD/MACHINE SHOP DEPT. MANAGER. December 1995 - January 1997 Libbey Inc., Shreveport, Louisiana Plant. Responsible for all phases of mold and machining operations. Supervised a staff of 100 hourly and 10 salary production and engineering personnel who fabricated, maintained and manufactured molds and machine parts predominately on CNC machine tools for glass tableware manufacture. Directly involved with development of molds for new products, providing technical assistance to international affiliate companies and co-ordination of productivity improvement projects.

BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING TEAM: January 1995 - November 1995. Assigned to team of four members responsible for restructuring Libbey Inc. factory production organizations in four locations, Toledo, OH, Los Angeles, Ca, Sherevport, LA and Wallaceburg, CN. Project included research and survey of as is condition, cost/benefit and financial analysis of recommendations, and on site training of new factory organizations.

FINISHED PRODUCTS MANAGER. September 1991 - December 1994. Libbey Inc., Shreveport, Louisiana Plant. Responsible for plant departments which schedule, inspect, package, decorate, and warehouse glass tableware production. Annual production volume in excess of sixteen million dozens. Also directly involved in planning, capital budgeting, financial analysis, plant administrative decisions and labor relations.

FORMING DEPT. SUPERVISOR. September 1987 - August 1991. Libbey Glass Division, Owens-Illinois, Inc., Toledo, Ohio. Supervise production of glass tableware. Directly responsible for productivity and quality of tableware produced on thirteen production lines staffed by thirteen salaried and one hundred twenty hourly personnel. Annual production volume at that time in excess of fifteen million dozen. Directly involved in development and testing of new products and new production processes.

PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR. October 1982 - October 1987. Libbey Glass Division, Owens-Illinois Inc., Toledo, Ohio. Supervise Machine Repair and Machine Shop Departments consisting of eight salaried and one hundred hourly personnel. Departments responsible for production job changes, equipment repairs, machine rebuilds, and manufacturing of machine parts for glass tableware machines. Responsible for department management, subcontract administration, budgeting, and financial analysis of plant improvement projects. PROJECT ENGINEER. November 1979 - October 1982. Glass Container Division, Owens-Illinois Inc., Toledo, Ohio. Responsible for design, specifications, project costing and project management of field installations of labeling, packaging, and material handling equipment. Worked as Project Engineer for both domestic and international locations performing design, field installation and start up assignments. ASSISTANT PLANT ENGINEER: September 1977 - November 1979. Owens-Illinois Inc., Glass Container Division, Oakland, California Plant. Responsible for supervision and co-ordination of plant maintenance personnel, project management, contract preparation, bidding and financial monitoring of subcontractor performance, preventive maintenance, and labor relations.

MAINTENANCE FOREMAN: September 1976 - September 1977. Owens Illinois, Oakland, California Plant. Responsible for general plant maintenance including production equipment, glass melting furnaces, compressed air systems, mobile equipment and buildings.

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER: January 1975 - September 1976. Owens Illinois, Inc., Glass Container Division, Portland, Oregon Plant. Responsible for development of production standards, project scheduling, project financial analysis, operating cost forecasts, design specification and layout of plant equipment. Additional assignments included training in production, maintenance, and purchasing departments.

RESEARCH ASSISTANT: January 1974 – December 1975. Oregon State University. Responsible for constructing computer models of Cost/Benefit Analysis of Publicly Funded Projects.
