I have been performing programs related fields for the last three years. To begin with, I have recently worked with World Vision as programme Assistant for two years. During my world vision tenure,. I assisted in the compilation, preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly/semi annually and annual program reviews, and follow up on reporting deadlines, assist in updating on quarterly basis. Compile and produce integrated travel plan of the office at the beginning of each month. Prepare and develop status reports as required by management and supervisor in the area of duty station Participate in the development of detailed project implementation plans, targets, and roll out strategy as part of the project team Review all office trip reports and related documents by section and submit their summary for presentation at the monthly management meetings. I followed by NRC acting as Project Officer for one year as I prepared and develop status reports as required by management,ensure proper filing of documents,ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need, and explore and asses new and better ways to assist and promote and share ideas for technical improvement Conduct school and youth training centers daily supervision. In addition to I coordinated assessments, progress tracking and sensitization/mobilization. I also spent one year with Islamic relief acting as Project Assistant where I participated in the project design process, including collecting of information and proposal writing,support planning and implementation of project activities, work with the partner teams in ensuring e implementation is carried out to within agreed schedules and work closely with the other Relief and Development Agencies, Local Authorities and Government stakeholder in the city in ensuring that activities reach the appropriate target population. I also compiled and submit/share monitoring progress reports; including site progress reports, and other statistical/technical reports, participate in donor missions and visits by staff from the national office, and Government

I have a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from University of Hargeisa and diplomas of project management, M&E, Economic Development, food Security and other social science related courses. I took specialized courses in programs and project managements Public Relations and Conflict Resolutions. My experience as a Program Assistant, I am adept in budget monitoring, program coordination, and relationship management. Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate problem-solving and communication skills, I excel at scheduling, documenting, reporting, coordination and issue resolution In addition to my experience and personal qualities; I have a passion for program and event coordination. I have strong technical writing skills needed to create detailed reports containing the most important information gathered, along with the ability to present this data in a clear and concise manner in reports and when conducting presentations.

•Assist in the compilation, preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly/semi annually and annual program reviews, and follow up on reporting deadlines.

•Organizes data and information, prepares and maintains records, documents and control plans for the monitoring of project/program implementation. Contributes to the preparation of reports, project documents and submissions to governments by providing information, preparing tables and drafting relatively routine sections. Prepares background information for use in discussions with governments and other organization.

•Review all office trip reports and related documents by section and submit their summary for presentation at the monthly management meetings.

•Collect, register and maintain records and reports and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports pertaining to the different sectors of the program. Organize data and information, prepare and maintain records, documents and control plans for the monitoring of project/program implementation.
