My post graduate studies and experience have prepared me to implement basic concepts of education including both theoretical and practical. I am qualified to analyze all elements of education, including the evaluation of the entire school, educational programs, teachers, and learning materials. In addition, I am professionally trained and experienced in implementing courses of action related to a code of ethics that respects the welfare of all participants. I am able to identify different models of evaluation and apply existing resources as well as assess their usefulness in such areas as teachers, materials, educational programs and students. I also have training and experience in evaluating and rating school components including school design, teacher’s required materials, educational programs and learning achievement.
I am very comfortable creating and following lesson plans in a variety of subject areas using different teaching aids, motivational and implementation strategies, and engaging the students in active learning. I have had great success and my students have consistently scored at the highest levels no matter what social economic strata they have come from.

(I worked with children with learning disabilities for about four years. These students were between the chronological age of 10 to 20 years old, and were diagnosed with Down syndrome, Bipolar, personality problems and other mental conditions.)
Other Activities
I was a member of the International Committee that developed the worldwide standards for Special Education.
I have published short stories for children in the international magazine Gotitas de Amor, a magazine published in Uruguay. I have also written books published in Europe (Spain).
I was designated the University Arbitration Coordinator on the Editorial Board for Santiago Marino University which required me to select and review all articles for the scientific magazine Citein (2008). In addition, I wrote and published an article on the subject of problems involved in writing a thesis. The name of the article was Think, Speak, and Write.
