Safety Advisor: I was a field HSE person at the Chevron Refinery for Harder
Mechanical. I provided daily safety support to all multi-craft personnel at the Harder
project here at Chevron Richmond. I did morning safety meetings, daily jobsite auditing
and served as the representative for Harder at all Chevron meetings with client and other
contractor personnel regarding HSE needs. I provided new employee orientations and
served as an SSE mentor to new workers coming in to the project. I responded to and
managed all employee incidents and injuries. I served as the contact person when the

Safety Advisor: I was the field HSE person onsite for Newtron Group. I provided daily
safety talks to craft personnel and manage distribution of all training materials and
continuing education of employees. This included Chevron Refinery Instruction tests,
Newtron company policies, OSHA issues and assorted topics as needed. I managed all
LPO inputs, SWA monitoring, attended all Chevron meetings regarding HSE needs. I
responded to all incidents regarding personnel and managed inspections of all equipment

Fluor Construction/American Bridge Joint Venture: 8/2012-5/2014

new San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge Project. I tracked all injury/incident files, did
daily walk through audits and managed distribution of PPE to a multi-craft workforce. I
monitored all JHA paperwork, inspected rigging equipment and provided safety
mentoring to all craft personnel. I performed daily atmospheric monitoring in all confined
spaces. I was also in charge of all medical responses and the subsequent investigations for
any and all work-related injuries that might happen on site. I was responsible for all

confined spaces and was in charge of permitting those on a daily basis. I partnered with
