Spearheaded 4 students to conduct market research and develop a startup business plan for a new mobile application designed to allow users to compare prices of items at their local grocery stores.

Used software development lifecycle methodology (creation of a Business Model Canvas, Business Model Canvas, Business Process & Notation Model, and Work Breakdown Structure) to plan the development of the project.
