Duties as an Administrative Receiver since 11/18/02 to 10/2013

As a former receiver of six to start out, I trained each receiver. I was cited for my team ship and leadership capabilities. Every return has to pass by the receivers before the rework process begins. As each product is looked at, it has to be checked for damage (ranging from good, broke, used and wet). It is also checked for correct quantities. It is then sorted into different bins or pallets. Correct credit is given to each customer with a special barcode or STO/ RGA number using the SAP system. Occasionally reboxing products for return to the DC.

Duties as a Team Leader October 2013- May 2017

Assigned bench operators, fork lift drivers and receivers daily duties. Train or assign new associates in each area. Charted and organized inventory and damage quantities. Made spreadsheets. Made BOL’s, called in truck pickups, arranged and scheduled delivery pickups or offloads via phone or email. Organize racks, receiving lanes and assign daily. Unload and load LTL /freight trucks. Match, sign freight bills and issue gate passes. Do daily inventory and audit reports. Attend and lead team management meetings daily. Promote safety and give any new information to team daily. Do trouble shooting on computer system DASHBOARD for receivers and bench operators. Also research daily inventory issues.
