Coordinate, analyze and maintain data provided from various sources including personnel, existing data management systems and hard copy deliveries.

Coordinate with element Point of Contact (POC), event leads and TEC signatories to finalize lien agreement.

Generate and maintain the final TEC Package to capture concurrence from test event leads to confirm completion and archival of all technical documentation and certifies formal test execution readiness.

Provide TEC document to the Missile Defense Data Center (MDDC) for official MDA archives.

Coordinate with event Mission Test Director (MTD) and QS leadership to determine beginning of QSQ observation process.

Attend flight test execution training for each event.

Deploy to various, CONUS and OCONUS, test sites to support test event execution.

Perform pre-event verification of flight test on-console documentation and collect signed test director checklists post Dry Run, Dress Rehearsal and Best Estimated Test Date (BETD) events.

Observe and analyze flight and ground test events to ensure test related anomalies, deviations, and non-conformances are properly documented as test observations.

Create flight test event Observation Spreadsheet and associated Pareto chart to document detailed observation information and provide an End of Day report to IETT Members, Event Leads, Office of Primary Responsibility (OPRs), and MRWG board members.

Attend MRWG board meetings and provide recommendation on acceptable root cause analysis, corrective actions and status of the observation.

Provide a flight test Daily Status Report (DSR) during test execution phase to inform leadership and test participants of QSMA activity and observation status.

Create ground test event Observation Spreadsheets, unclassified to document top level observation information and classified to document detailed observation information and provide End of Day report (classified and unclassified) to IETT Members, Event Leads, OPRs, and Failure Review and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) board members.

Prepare final test observation spreadsheet for presentation at the Post Test Observation Review (TOR). Update the spreadsheet as required and send to the FRACAS for operational assessment.

Attend the Post Test Observation Review and provide recommendation on acceptable root cause analysis, corrective actions, and status of the observation.

Attend FRACAS board meetings and provide a briefing chart with QS input if necessary.

Support pre and post-test Joint Analysis Team (JAT) meetings.

Initiate the System Test Observation Tracking System (STOTS) database process for maintaining the status of ground test System Test Observations (STOs)
