I was a DOD Instructional technical Writer for the USAOC&S APG, MD from -1987-12 - 2009-06 and Ft Lee, VA. DOD hired me as an Instructor and I worked up to being a Master Instructor training all heavy Armament systems and then I was moved to our Division Training Developer cell. I worked 30 years researching all current manual updates and/or changes, Modified work orders, changes to IETM's verification changes,from critical task lists from the gaining units input to make adjustments reflecting on newer POI's and, validating written tests and hands on performance tests, and lesson materials improving all instructors knowledge to meet the newest training material developmental accomplishments. As a Weapons Training Developer, I utilized the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Regulation 350-70 to develop all Armament Training material. The TRADOC 350-70 regulation guidelines are Analysis,Design,Develop,Implement,and Evaluate (ADDIE) for delivering face-to-face and classroom training materials and leading teams in instructing new equipment training material

preparation as well as monitoring for effectiveness as to the gaining units input for newer changes to mirror the current changes to all armament equipment training.
