I managed all staff including PCA’s, Cooks, and Maintenance. My duties also included signing leases with incoming residents. I worked alongside social workers who helped adults with disabilities find housing with staff to care for them. I applied payments from residents and insurance companies to resident files. I kept detailed records of all staff and residents.

As a receptionist I gained the experience necessary to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, answering multiple line phones, registering patients, data entry and so much more. As a biller and coder, I put the skills I learned in college to wonderful use, posting payments from insurances and fixing denials.
