Manage office Admin duties:
• Answer phone calls directed to the unit. Assist workers and the Investigators with caseloads.
• Take notes during unit meetings and distribute.
• Major role of preparing and assigning request for home studies to the Contractors.
• The request consist of obtaining Criminal background and kinship information on the Potential caregivers before sending the request to the Contractor for a one on one home visit.
