In charge of maintaining stock of final product. Overlooked a team of 15 assemblers and four leads. Had to maintain KPI’s such as on-time delivery 99.9%, Productivity and efficiency of 90%. In charge of polymer manufacturing which includes testing of incoming raw material, manufacturing, testing of final product and maintaining the safety stock to 100% on all polymer solutions. Also, responsible for manufacturing of Graft used as catheters.

Key Achievements:

Maintain the quality of products by following all FDA and other regulatory guidelines. Has a track record of 1% Non-conformance for past 11 years.

Managed a budget of 35K per year on lab and production purpose.

Scheduled work assignments, vacation, sick time, leave without pay, FMLA for hourly employees.

Verified daily time cards and approved weekly time cards on Kronos.

Initiated improvements in lean manufacturing-visual factory tools such as Gemba, Kamishibai boards and Andon system. Improved KANBAN system for inventory of chemicals.
