I am a twenty-one-year veteran of the United States Army. My duties included Operations Manager, Military Police Watch Commander, Personal Security Detail team member, Military Police Investigator and Patrol Supervisor. Since my retirement, I have worked with Diplomatic Security Services as a Site Lead, Site Manager and Operations Manager, Shift Leader and Senior Shift Supervisor, training, and supervising employees in all aspects of Site Security, Personal Protection and Emergency Response procedures in and around the Middle East. Most recently, I was a Security Manager, providing executive level management for multi-million-dollar security projects within the Houston and Sweeny Texas areas. I am also a fully licensed Personal Protection Officer, Consultant and Security Manager, by the State of Texas with all required qualifications and certifications.

Account Manager 2021- 2022

Allied Universal Services

As the Account Manager I provided executive level management for a multi-million- dollar security operation at the Phillips 66 refinery complex in Sweeny, Texas. Security Manager 2020-2021

As the Security Manager I provided executive level management of all security operations of the George R. Brown Convention Center, support facilities, parking garages and the Partnership Tower Executive office building. Manager of Protective Services 2018-2020

As the Protective Services Program Manager, I was responsible for authoring and implementing all security policies, strategy, operations, and risk management efforts. I also designed security programs that addressed our client’s unique challenges associated within an ever-changing security environment.

Senior Shift Supervisor 2015-2018

IDS Inc.

As the Senior Shift Supervisor, I managed all aspects of security management of the Chief of Mission activities in Kabul, Afghanistan. I was responsible for the accurate processing of personnel and vehicles entering the facilities, proper upkeep of documentation as well as supervising emergency response procedures of a two hundred fifty-member security force.

Diplomatic Protection Team Leader, Site Manager 2009-2013 Triple Canopy Inc.

During my employment with Triple Canopy, I have fulfilled the following positions:

Diplomatic Protection Team Leader, responsible for an eleven-person Protection Team, the planning and execution of site preparation, motorcade operations, collection and dissemination of intelligence and the safe return of all assigned and designated personnel.

Site Manager, Baghdad Embassy Security Force, within the Theater Wide Iraq Security Services (TWISS) programs, providing management and supervision

of a three hundred member security force and Iraqi interpreters in support of the Departments of State and Defense activities.

Operations Officer, Joint Operations Center, Baghdad, Iraq, coordinating security services for Iraqi government officials, U.S. Embassy diplomats, foreign dignitaries and General grade officers and ensuring a multi-lateral coordination of security operations.
