Handyman Connection Franchise Owner, November 2017 to Present Established a new franchise business in Winter Park, FL for the Handyman Connection brand. The business focuses on repairs and remodeling services for residential and light commercial customers. The business was opened February 26, 2023 and is currently in operation. • Managed and controlled transportation, logistics, and distribution for 36 heavy construction equipment Caterpillar Stores located in Colorado, New Mexico, and Far West Texas region, an

$800M annual business. Provided logistics oversight of two other wholly owned international dealerships located in Mongolia and the Russian Far East.

• Negotiated trucking agreements for a distribution system with over 50,000 SKU’s, 45 employees, distribution to 120 shop mechanics, 40 overnight parts drop locations, and 35 stores daily.

• Coordinated truck dock schedules to mitigate warehousing bottlenecks and increase delivery driver on time efficiency, increasing customer confidence and streamlining warehouse workflow.

• Implemented a Warehouse Management System (WMS) utilizing wireless RF technology and a high density storage layout plan which led to warehouse management efficiencies and increased inventory control accuracy and other collateral streamlined processes for the company. The project yielded operational efficiencies of $800,000.00 annually with an ROI of 1.5 years.

• Managed transportation and logistics supply chain organization of 55 personnel at 12 strategic worldwide locations, including Australia, New Zealand, South America, and South Africa, which provided Supply Chain Logistics and Operational Support to research scientists, and civilian contract employees in Antarctica.

• In 1999 / 2000, managed 1.5 million pounds of specialized cargo including delicate research and electronic equipment, dangerous goods, hazardous waste, food provisions, temperature-sensitive research specimens, construction materials and bulk petroleum products valued at $30 million.

• Planned and directed airlift of 2,500+ passengers, 3 million pounds of air cargo, and 2 million pounds of ground cargo and 6 million pounds of ocean cargo, including military and civilian transport modes.
