Coordinating, monitoring, inspecting and supervising architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and interior design site works using relevant drawings and written instructions by consultants as main references.

Works and material Quality control and assurance on site by taking on ground measurements, checking workmanship and taking material samples for testing respectively to make sure that they meet the required contract specifications as pertaining quality standards.

Providing reports on all onsite matters to project consultants and client representatives.

Procurement of labour only subcontractor services including price negotiations and confirming valuations for works done on payment requests.

Ensuring observation of standard health and safety measures and procedures by all internal workers and subcontractors on site, in line with the Occupational safety and health Act.
