Opened liquor store on Hwy 105 at Lake Conroe, Montgomery, Tx. Being a recreational area by the lake and only liquor store on highway between Montgomery and Conroe, Tx did quite well. However TxDot decided to widen Hwy 105 to 4 lane highway. I knew Spec's would probably open a store around me which I couldn't compete with and they did. I sold my store and started looking for another job.
