Manage day-to-day operations of the laboratory services team. This includes implementing sustainable, measurable improvements to the business operations with adherence to KPI’s and chain of custody protocols. Ensure efficiency and accuracy in the processing of 3500 urine drug screens per month. Lead employee training of processes and equipment; including ongoing skill development and team building activities.
Responsible for scheduling random urine drug tests for approximately 950 active patients each month.
Triage and respond to problem urine collection cases.
Provide consulting and technical services to business departments regarding client collection issues and reading urine collection results.
Manage department budget to maintain expenses each year.
