MANAGER OF CRITICAL SYSTEMS & INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT, FANNIE MAE Duties included developing RFP scope, bidding services, selecting general contractors, overseeing construction, and subsequent commissioning activities. These duties required the ability to interpret blueprints, use project management tools such as Microsoft Project, solicit geotechnical studies, interact with various design professionals and permitting officials, track budgets, and present to the CEO and other executive staff pertaining to budget and multi-million dollar capital improvement planning in full compliance with national codes and safety regulations.
