MANAGER OF CRITICAL SYSTEMS & INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT, FANNIE MAE Duties included developing RFP scope, bidding services, selecting general contractors, overseeing construction, and subsequent commissioning activities. These duties required the ability to interpret blueprints, use project management tools such as Microsoft Project, solicit geotechnical studies, interact with various design professionals and permitting officials, track budgets, and present to the CEO and other executive staff pertaining to budget and multi-million dollar capital improvement planning in full compliance with national codes and safety regulations. Search, assess and negotiate lease terms for real estate property to accommodate various types of GEICO business such as remote claims offices and staff counsel offices. Also, responsible for the development of policies and procedures regarding the operation of all facilities nation-wide pertaining to critical equipment switching, load forecasting, routine preventative and corrective maintenance based upon NETA, OSHA, NEC, and hazmat rules and regulations.
