The catering part is on an event basis covering parties of 25 to 300 for events such as weddings, baby showers,
anniversaries, corporate parties and dinner dances. After purchasing Tradition's
Cafe in Wildwood as a failing business, the menu was revamped and attention paid to customer satisfaction. Within three months Traditions became Sister's Tradition and went from failure to thriving and in the black. Changing staff, cutting costs and implementing a new system for ordering fresh produce and raw goods from multiple companies to achieve a competitive price advantage became a winning strategy.
