As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in enabling first call resolution in a constantly evolving environment using a variety of tools and technology. Handle a broad range of customer service call types like advanced technical support, collections, retention, sales channel coordination and billing and adjustments. Engage third party vendors and suppliers to address service faults and provide customer resolution. Tasked with identifying, tracking and rendering issues to assist in various root cause eliminations. Answer customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, equipment, claims, and reports problem areas. Permit Processor Seminole Tribe of Florida- Hollywood, FL 2018-2020 Assists owners, contractors, and developers in filing applications for building permits, determining the completeness of permit applications, and obtaining the required documents to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations. The incumbent issues construction permits, secures inspection approval, and records completed projects. Reports to the Building Official Director or designee and is a non-exempt position.
