BAPS Stability and Integration PPDA Controls: Manage PPDA Alerts screen was modified to trigger alerts based on updated trigger points whenever there is a changed in payment change.

BAPS Chapters and Products Integration: A new screen, ‘PCN History’, was developed in BAPS that displays all associated Payment Change Notifications (PCNs) for that loan, its status, whether it was filed timely or permitted.

Unbalanced Ledger Queue: A work flow-oriented, time-effective queue was introduced to solve the cash issues which enabled business teams to rectify issues in multiple stages.

BAPS Escrow Pending Payment Calculation: Calculator functionality used in escrow analysis to calculate escrow payments for the pending months.

Late charge Rules Platform Migration: Migration of Iseries late charge rules engine to shared process to comply with the audit rules.

BK Exceptions Rules Matrix: A new configurable screen was created on the dashboard where each loan that completes an escrow analysis passes through the rules matrix before making the escrow analysis final. LOB can edit existing rules, activate and change the thresholds for the rules to fire.

Information Privacy/Data Protection: Landsafe Default website was implemented with FFIEC requirement, Challenge Questions and Device Authentication.
