Successfully lead team of pastor, attorneys, and church officials to execute a plan to reopen site after non-use of 2 years due to Covid-19.

Created $240K Capital Plan of church facility systems; HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire and safety, gas, roofing and structural, and grounds, to address deficiencies with $100K being expended to date

Managed the projects of remediation of black mold from church facility and then led the professional cleaning of all HVAC ducts on site
