Duties Include: Selling, processing and closing homes. Enforcing the Fair Housing Act at all times. Running a partial RV Park along with mobile homes. Processing evictions when necessary. Showing homes and the communities I managed. Obtaining new prospects and following up on leads. Collecting funds, using data to drive my delinquencies and occupancy. Using occupancy trends and market values to continue to monitor the rates for the different communities. Scheduling of my office assistant, cleaning teams, and maintenance technicians.
